She was built to the Malta Commercial Yacht Code 2015 from the first day, not adapted to it later, and she has run a charter season in the Balearics at €85,000 per week. For a charter buyer that is the product rather than a question to be managed. For a private owner it is a 2024 boat that is finished, fully specified and on the water, where the alternative is a 2027 delivery slot.
The bow is where she makes her case. The extended jacuzzi package sits on the front deck with the sunbathing area around it, and a projector and screen turn the same space into an open-air cinema after dark. Add teak on every outside deck, two parallel 28 kW generators, 240,000 BTU/h of air conditioning and an insulation package that cost more than most buyers would guess. None of that survives a comparison table, and all of it is obvious within ten minutes aboard.
Lying Mallorca. Viewings by appointment through the central agent.
KEY FEATURES:
Galley down in the port hull with its own crew access, so a crew of five serves ten guests without ever crossing the guest areas. Rare on a catamaran of any size.
Built commercial from new to the Malta Commercial Yacht Code 2015, Sea Area 2, not converted afterwards. Charter capability that is already paid for.
An open-air cinema on the front deck: projector and screen on poles with their own deck sockets, so a film or a match is watched from the jacuzzi on the bow.
Rectangular jacuzzi on the front deck, the extended bow package, with the sunbathing area and the cinema built around it.
Teak on the cockpit, skirts, deck, flybridge and the hydraulic platform.
Two 28 kW Kohler generators configured for parallel operation, 240,000 BTU/h air conditioning, two 280 l/h watermakers and Spot Zero dockside water purification.
16,000 litres of fuel, giving roughly 1,400 nm at 12 knots and around 3,500 nm at 8 knots.
Carbon jet-ski crane, jet-ski launching system and a garage that takes a tender up to 800 kg off the hydraulic platform.
Full insulation package: cabins, saloon and floors, plus K-FLEX thermal protection to the topsides, deck and saloon roof. It is why you stay aboard instead of going ashore after two nights.
Ten guest berths in four cabins, with the twin fitted out as a four-bunk cabin, and a crew of five housed entirely out of sight.
Documented build file: signed 2021 price list, Change Order No. 1 and Change Order No. 2, € 787,890 of recorded modifications on top of the contract.
