• Sun area with Rotan sofa, two seats and side table. On the sides locker-type sofas and in the middle a Jacuzzi and with Bose waterproof boxes Tender with tender crane and jet ski are stowed on the boat deck. 

Observation Deck

• Accessible by steep stairs on portside. Here are the domes and the funnel with radars etc. (possibility to store small sailing tenders or kayaks). There is a possibility to install a david in order to lower the toys manually.

Interior Layout

• See plan. Very spacious and comfortable set up, ideal for charter. 
• Optimal privacy, due to fully separate crew quarters on the lower deck and separated by efficiently and centrally positioned galley. 

Interior Joinery and Decoration

• The interior is excellently built in a classic and elegant style in fine selected mahogany.
• The woodwork is gloss varnished. 
• Teak unvarnished floors in wheelhouse and sky lounge bar. Teak varnished staircases with teak varnished railings and copper finishing.

Salon

• Spacious and classically styled saloon with comfortable set up with headroom up to ± 212 cm. Large 4 / 5 guests L-shape sofa of off white fine linen fabric and salon and dining table. One lounge chair in white fine fabric. Built-in bar with stainless steel sink and cupboards. Good positioned bar in saloon area with direct access to aft deck with a sink and stainless steel tap. 1 x New Pol fridge and 1 x Unic Aqua A11J icemaker. Cupboards for seaworthy stowing. Teak half glass doors give easy access and visibility to the spacious protected aft deck 

Dining

• Forward open next to saloon with headroom up to ± 212 cm. Nice arrangement for 8 guests with plenty of locker space and cupboards for seaworthy stowing of glass and chinaware and cassettes for cutlery. Two blue classically styled lounge chairs. 

Sky Lounge

• Cosy set up with headroom up to ± 202 cm. 4 / 5 person gloss varnished table with storage space and a small 2 person sofa in white fabric. Two relaxing armchairs both with leg rests. The sliding door cupboard is the perfect place to keep your wine collection. See-through curtains. Teak half glass doors give easy access to the sundeck. From sky lounge direct access to wheelhouse and sky lounge bar. 

Bar in the Sky Lounge

• Bar next to sky lounge with direct access to sun deck and wheelhouse. Black Corian worktop with lots of space and a stainless steel sink and tap. A Liebherr fridge and an icemaker. A cupboard with seaworthy stowing for bottles. 

Master Cabin

• Spacious and comfortable set up with an amazing headroom up to ± 250 cm. King-size 2 persons berth of ± 190 x 200 cm. length, lockers, drawers, desk with shelves and a sofa. Owners cabin and bathroom refitted in 2006. 

Owner's Bathroom

• Spacious ensuite bathroom with black marble tops and natural marble flooring and tiles. Bath and separate moeson type shower with manual fresh water toilet Villeroy & Boch. Sound system Bose. 

Day Head

• Located at main deck, manual fresh water flush toilet with small design fountain. 

Galley 

• Separate centralised located amidships for optimized owners privacy and direct access to deck. Excellent full headroom up to ± 227cm. Cupboard, locker, drawer space fitted out for seaworthy stowing

Guest Cabins

• Offering berths for a total of 8 guests in 4 cabins excluding owner cabin. 
• 2 x elegantly styled VIP cabins (named ‘Suite Rosa Jaguar & Suite Rosa Champagne) with headroom up to ± 207cm offering 2 persons berths of ± 160 x 200cm. length with drawers underneath the berth, cabinets and locker space and a small make-up table. One of the cabins has a small sofa (Suite Rosa Jaguar). Both have ensuite bathrooms 207 cm headroom with a bath with massage stream, double sink with marble top, marble flooring design radiator and manual toilet. 
• 2 x comfortable guest cabins (named ‘Suite Rosa Baronesse & Suite Rosa Noblesse) with headroom up to ± 207 cm. 
• Offering 2 single twin berths of ± 80 x 200 cm. length with drawers underneath the berths, lockers and a cabinet. Both cabins have an ensuite bathroom with shower manual toilet. One sink with marble top. 

Whellhouse

• Separate wheelhouse on upper deck with excellent full headroom up to ± 212 cm. Fully enclosed with superb visibility and direct access to boat and sundeck by two teak varnished doors. Logically and professional instruments and monitoring set-up for easy readability and yacht's control. Locker space for manuals, sea-charts + others incl. safety. Chart table, navigation desk, writing desk and Recaro helmsman chair with head, arm and foot rests. One observation sofa. 

Office

• Enclosed office next to wheelhouse with storage for charts and other yacht information. A bed for captain. 

Crew Cabins

• Separate access for crew to deck for optimized owners privacy.
